Directions for Use:

1.    Select the appropriate Waves formula based on hair type and condition.

2.    Gently wash hair with shampoo, towel-dry slightly, and wind hair strands onto rods/rollers of the desired diameter.

3.    Evenly and thoroughly apply the perming lotion over all wrapped rods.

4.    Process for the recommended time according to the instructions (processing time depends on hair type).

5.    Once processing time is complete, rinse hair thoroughly with warm water without removing the rods, then proceed to the neutralization phase using Toujours Neutralizer.

Pro Tip: For extra care and to prevent split ends, apply a restorative hair oil or fluid to the ends after the procedure.
